What are some famous Korean inventions?

What have Koreans invented invented that have impacted the world. Please keep in mind that I am not seeking obvious cultural inventions such as Hangeul or the hanbok. I am not curious of products such as electronics or useful tools created by Koreans that have impacted the rest of the world.

While I have already seen that others have answered concerning the metal, or "Turtle Ship," nobody provided any links for your information purposes.

Here is an informative link for the Turtle Ship, giving some history.

Also, within the past couple years, it has been discovered, although not widely known (yet), that Korea also invented/published the first all-metal type printing of a book. Although there is no "impact" upon the world yet, just give it a couple years; results should be forthcoming.

This book was printed o/a 78 years before the famed Gutenburg Bible.

A link is also provided for your informational purposes.

I know that the Koreans were very advanced in ceramics and ceramic techniques and that many Korean ceramicists who emmigrated to Japan helped the Japanese develop their ceramics industry. I remember reading about Admiral Yi who invented these 'Turtle Ships', they were made of metal and therefore couldn't burn. It was the use of these Turtle Ships that help Korea repell an invasion by Japan. ONe reason that I'm answering this question is to see what other people have to say. I am very curious about Korea.

    None in electronics.

They've had some nice inventions like kimchi, soju, the hanbok and Hangeul.....but these things have not really greatly impacted the rest of the world.
