shower no baths, fresh towels each time. If on your hands, use paper towels to dry. Hydrocortisone cream is the best for the itching. Can take benadryl at night if itcihing keeps you awake

keep the affected area dry and try not to itch it. There are numerous topical cremes and lotions made just for this condition.

hot shower. non scented soap. don't use a bath puff, use your bare hands and do like, one arm, one leg at a time. wash one arm, rinse it off. wash one leg, rinse. it'll go away quicker...
