If someone provides otherwise legal identification to an illegal alien does that make them an accessory to the illegal's activities? For example if a BMV branch manager gives licenses to illegal aliens while knowing they are illegals? I ask because the director of the IRS started a program to educate and provide tax id numbers to illegal aliens. He explicitly stated it was to help illegal aliens get jobs and pay taxes. Isn't this a crime on his part? Is there anything we can do about it?

Because its my country, thats why I care.

Providing helpful information to illegals is not a crime for purposes of getting jobs.
