yes you can, but i wouldn't advise it. leave your operating system as is unless you know what you're doing to it. obviously you're not confident enough to try

oh yes,by turning off UAC ,user access control, reboot than download and run ,Unlocker 1.8.5,now you can delete any file,folder you want to in Vista,you can turn the UAC back on when you have finished deleting the files that you do not want.
