If World War III were to occur, what countries would be USA allies and enemies?
How accurate are these lists? If you see a country in the wrong category or if you don't see a country on the lists that should be (countries that could provide significant help/hurt militarily, financially, etc…), please let me know. Thanks for the help.
India, Brazil, Japan, Germany, Mexico, Egypt, Turkey, Thailand, Britain (UK), Italy, Poland, Canada, Australia, S. Korea, Taiwan, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Israel, New Zealand, Georgia, Puerto Rico, France.
China, Indonesia, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Russia, Nigeria, Philippines, Iran, Sudan, Algeria, Afghanistan, Iraq, Uzbekistan, Venezuela, N. Korea, Cuba, Vietnam, Malaysia, Jordan, Libya, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Ukraine.

United States of America, Britain, Italy, Poland, Australia, Japan, Taiwan, Iraq, Afghanistan, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Jordan, Israel, Qatar, Mexico, Southern Sudan.
China, Russia, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Northern Sudan, Venezuela, Cuba.
You neglected to say what would start the war. It takes something pretty major for countries to line up together like that: e.g. Hitler started invading his neighbours, Britain and France warned him to stop, he ignored them and invaded Poland, so they declared war. Others joined them because they also objected, others because of historic ties through the British empire, and others because Hitler invaded them too. Japan and Italy joined Germany because they had signed the Axis treaties, having like-minded totalitarian governments.
A similar line-up of nations on each side occurred during the Cold War due to differeng ideologies (capitalism vs communism). But it never developed into a World War. Why would there actually be a World War in the scenario you suggest, instead of another Cold War? And what would start it?
The aggresive country invading others at the moment is the USA (with minor help from a few allies). Some believe it's to "defend freedom", others believe it's empire-building. But the situation is different because the USA dwarfs all other countries economically and militarily, whereas Germany was just a strong power among many.
China, India and Europe are long-term economic threats to the US, but they are also economically aligned as major trading partners. They can't do without each other, even if they fall out from time to time. Why would they be military adversaries?

well you've got some huge USA trade partners in the 'enemy' list. Saudi Arabia as an enemy?? are you serious? America and the Saudis are best buddies, albeit behind the scenes. Indonesia has long been a friendly, accommodating, liberal Muslim friend for the Americans, as has Malaysia. Did you put them on the list just because they are muslim countries? Hmm . The Pakistani leadership has shown their support for the USA consistently, and Russia hasn't done anything too controversial for a long time, barring the odd spying row.
China will soon rule the world, so lets hope they're on the Americans' side. With their inextricable, mammoth trade links, it's hard to see them shooting eachother anytime soon
Afghanistan and Iraq are American territories now, so i can't see them being an 'enemy'..... unless you are talking about the citizens of these countries, rather than the governments.
If you're talking about support from the citizens, you can probably take most of the EU off the 'allies' list.... There is very little support among the people for anything America does or says any more, and the time will come when their governments will stop sucking up to the States too.
Of America's real 'enemies', only Iran has the army to start a really big war. Luckily America will have Bulgaria and Puerto Rico to help out

There are way too many countries out there but I will just add the major players: India, Brazil, Japan, Germany, Mexico, Egypt, Turkey, Thailand, Britain (UK), Italy, Poland, Canada, Australia, S. Korea, Taiwan, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Israel, New Zealand, Georgia, Puerto Rico, France. Take out Egypt and it looks somewhat correct. China, Indonesia, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Russia, Nigeria, Philippines, Iran, Sudan, Algeria, Afghanistan, Iraq, Uzbekistan, Venezuela, N. Korea, Cuba, Vietnam, Malaysia, Jordan, Libya, Syria, Saudi Arabia. Pakistani military leader is currently friendly to the US. Iraq would be our allies and so would afghanistan and so would Saudi Arabia.

Well even during both "world wars" it wasn't the entire world at war. But I agree that if there ever is a World War III that there will indeed be many fronts. Here's how I think it would play out:
PRIMARY ALLIES: Britain, Germany, Canada, Japan, Saudi Arabia, and Israel
PRIMARY ENEMIES: Iran, Russia, China, North Korea, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Venezuela, possibly Turkey.
NEUTRAL COUNTRIES: France, South Korea, Taiwan, Australia, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Italy, Greece.
Ultimately it would be the United States & Britain against Russian and Chinese backed Iranians in a war fought primarily in Asia and the Middle East. But a terrorist war brought on by middle eastern countries clamining to have no involvement here in the US would make World War III unlike anything we've ever dealt with before.

How can you identify the Philippines to be in the USA's list of enemies since the country was the only loyal friend and ally of the United States since World War II. In Southeast Asia, The Philippines remains the strategic partner of the US after Japan til this date, it has sacrificed a lot in terms of lives, and military support for the US during WWII.. If China will be at war with the US, it will attack first the Philippines before any country allied with the USA.
You have to read history first before posting this question.

You can just say European Union under allies, and take out the European countries alrdy in there.
China is a bit sketchy as an enemy. On one hand, they are Communist. On the other, their country's economic success depends on US and European foreign investment. I'm tempted to say they would join the "good guys".

I believe that that is a fair assessment of the situation, but I fear that most of those countries in the Ally column would remain neutral because bush has alienated most of them.
