By suing them in federal district court where council can be afforded to you. Keep track of your evidence and make copies so as to always have extra clips for extra problems. If no lawyer wants to help you then go public with narrative and substantiating evidence to really show the government how the media gets down. Don't overlook your local Superior Court Library as it can provide valuable cases related to yours as well as key books on legislative filings that can help you win an appeal if your initial argument doesn't do the job. Remember if they don't want to help you, pursuant to Apprendi v. New Jersey and you can not get a pro bono lawyer just try filing in federal district and seeing if council will be afforded to you. Try filing three forms, civil rights complaint, forma pauperis, motion for council. By describing what occurred to you, it helps if you can throw in references to other cases and legal mumbo jumbo pertaining to your rights. By filing forma pauperis you avoid the huge filing fee and by making a request for council you can have your case reviewed. Be warned however that federal district court has a nasty habit of leaving people as self appointed lawyers, pro se, which does no good. If you can not get council and you've exhausted lawyers, ACLU, federal district, Superior Court then go public with a kick *** narrative and substantiating evidence that magically makes its way to the media. The least that can happen is you'll be heard rather than ignored or toyed with. You never know if you get in deep enough you can really blow the whistle on some unfair, inhumane treatment and maybe even win a book contract. I know its not exactly justice but remeber justice is raped, justice is good.

The government is you. Who you elect and how you manage your politicians is up to you. If you think government is unnecessary you should live in a place where they don't have any traffic lights, law enforcement, child protection, and of course no taxes.
