This is a bit of an unclear question as it's not really parliament which "serves" but a government which is led by a Prime Minister who is the head of a political party.

William Lyon Mackenzie King was the tenth Prime Minister of Canada from December 29, 1921, to June 28, 1926; September 25, 1926, to August 6, 1930; and October 23, 1935, to November 15, 1948. With over 21 years in the office, he was the longest serving Prime Minister in British Commonwealth history.

Under Canadian law, an election must be called no later than five years after the last election. Therefore, the longest any one goverment could last is five years. McKenzie King was re-elected. Traditionally, governments wait four years between elections (in a majority government situation).
