    There are a number weight loss pills claiming to be the best weight loss pills ever. Weight loss pills can be divided into different categories. This is according to the action they perform. Therefore the best weight loss pills for anyone depends on what effects is one looking for.

The most impressive finding was the reduction of incidence of type II diabetes in almost 37% of the subjects.     A thing to remember that although the above results are very impressive, after the subjects stopped taking Xenical i.e. after one year period, a significant number of subjects regained 35% of the lost weight i.e. if someone lost 30 pounds over one year they regained 35% of that. An important thing to remember about Xenical is its mode of action. No doubt that it is among the best weight loss pills, it’s mode of action is by binding fat and preventing fat absorption. Once you stop taking Xenical (and therefore let the fat absorb) and continue with the same old diet then of course the fat which was before not being absorbed by Xenical now goes to your system and hence the weight gain.     You don't need a diet pill. I've lost weight; I know how to do it. You must burn more calories than you take in, it's that simple. I had the same thing, but I didn't care. Then, I decided to do something about it. I went from 193 to 157 in 4 months. From a 38 waist to 32. Started with 50 pounds on the pec machine, now I do 140. How? Determination. If I can do it, so can you. Wasn't easy at first for a fat disgusting alcoholic, but I did it. There is no quick fix, but the time is going to pass anyhow, so make the best of it. Make the decision that you are going to lose that gut. You think about it every day as it is, so think about your future without it. This is something you must do for yourself. People will be amazed at your accomplishment. I got called "skinny" just today. Do you know how that made me feel? Take on this challenge and you will. Try finding a workout buddy. People in shape (like me) love to help others. People not in shape need a buddy too. There is no substitution for exercise. You cannot do this by food choices alone. You also can't exercise and eat everything in sight. It takes both. Once you lose the weight, then you can eat differently because you'll need to fuel your muscles. My workouts are fun. I like seeing the same people in the gym, plus many of them are simply nice to look at. We're all there for the same reason. Don't see this as a diet; it isn't. It's a learned behavior; it's a change you must stick with. If you do, you will lose 10 pounds a month. When you go to the store, make choices to buy healthy. You don't need to read the label on a package of brownies to know they won't help you. You know that an orange will. You aren't giving anything up, but that gut that you hate. This worked (and still is) for me: No fast food (hamburgers & fries) - EVER Exercise No deserts - NONE Exercise No regular sodas - EVER (ones with high frutcose corn syrup) Exercise No potatoes, pasta, rice or bread until 20 pounds drop, then not much Exercise If it comes in a can, double the nutritinal values - there are 2 servings in there Exercise Order a to go box at restaurants first thing, put half in the box, close lid and take home Exercise Eat frequently, but not a lot Exercise Read the label - low fat, low calorie, low carb and number of servings Exercise Tell your friends and family your goals to help "make" you stay focused Once you lose the weight you want, you're not done. You have to maintain your new body and you'll have a blast doing it. Trust me, it can be done.

    I know I'm biased but as a personal trainer I can not endorse diet pills, especially if they're not prescribed by your doctor. Some of the products you find online can actually be dangerous.

    But here is another problem with diet pills, and this is something I hope you will really take to heart.

    If you lose weight that way, you will have a very difficult time keeping it off. If you're not changing your dietary habits, you're going to canabalize muscle rather than burning fat. The only way to burn fat is to exercise, and aerobic exercises are the most effective. Muscle is more readily available as an energy source than fat, so you'll loose weight but you'll still be flabby.

    And please consider this: every time you yo-you back up, you've lost lean muscle mass during your dieting phase and the new weight is coming from fat. So you have less and less muscle mass and more and more fat. In addition, you're resetting your base metabolic rate, and it's getting lower and lower, so it becomes more and more difficult to lose weight or maintain weight loss.

    Here's one more thing I hope you'll consider. When you BUILD muscle your body uses more calories. So that translates to "I won't have such a difficult time with my weight because my body burns off the fuel I take in more easily." If you have a reasonable amount of lean muscle, you can eat more!

    Your scale is not your best friend. Your tape measure is. And your BMI is not a very good indication of your condition either. The best indication of how much weight you need to lose is your lean body mass (LBM).

    Pills do not work - if they did would anyone need to lose weight????

    "Cleansing" is a joke. Eat healthy and work out and your body will be healthy. Never saw such BS being written in my life.

    i will advice you not to use any pill to lose weight. simple do lot of exercises like early morning jugging, use bus or take a walk instead of using car and avoid foods that contain lots of sugary and i hope my tips will help you.
