    Get you goat 是使人發怒或使人厭煩的意思。

    Horse around 跟 Monkey around 是一樣的意思,都是動詞片語,『不正經』、『胡鬧』之義。也可以寫成『Fool around』或『Fuck around』!

    Could eat a horse 就是指肚子很餓的意思,就像中文『我可以吃掉一頭大象!』

    A pig in a poke是指沒有檢查就買的東西,之後才發現有暇疵。

    Monkey business是指胡鬧瞎搞的態度或舉動。

    Monkey see, monkey do 是指下意識的或無心的模仿他人的動作,而不知其義。『有樣學樣』的意思。

    Pig out 就是暴飲暴實或大吃一頓的意思。

    Pony up 就是 pay up 的意思,付錢的意思。

    Snake in the grass 是指蛇蠍心腸的人,就算你相信他,他還是會害你的人。

    Squirrel away是藏起來或儲存起來的意思。

    A wolf in sheep's clothing 就是批著羊皮的狼,不用解釋了吧!

    Wolf down 是狼吞虎嚥的意思。
