銷售合約書:

內容主要包括,xx公司所銷售的面板廠客戶,除了xx外,有xx、xx、xx等。另外,韓國市場的銷售,是否先從xx,或是全部由xx公司進行。

PS:請同時將我們及貴司的佣金一併文字化,以保障我們的權益。

請與原廠溝通並將合約轉交給我,待我們與xx公司討論後定案。可否在下周一前完成,謝謝。

    XX Company requests XX Company to offer the formal quotation and sales agreement. Its purpose is to ensure and confirm the commitments have made in the meeting on October 11, and preventing from any disputes and goodwill influence caused by other unexpected issues. Because XX Company’s customers are the world well known enterprises, and the business relationship has been formed for a long time as well, XX Company does expect everything will proceed smoothly. Please understand.

    正式報價內容:

    價格→日幣xxx/包及報價有效期限,型號及尺寸,包裝方式及櫃裝數量,交期,付款方式及開狀對象等內容,請連繫xx公司。

    Content for the formal quotation:

    銷售合約書:
