這是在Developmental and comparative immunologu(2007)這篇期刊裡面的cDNA cloning,expression and bioactivity of porcine BAFF的這篇paper裡面看到的,在摘要的第14行有說到D-E loop

我也上網蒐尋過,也只是搜尋到D-loop

所以想請問大大是否有看過這個?

我也我也不清楚這是1個或2個loop,

直覺上應該是一個吧!!!呵

During phage (爛答) replication in E.coli,as well as the replication of the animal virus SV40,a very similar mechanism is used,and a vurally-encoded protein dinds repeated sequences at the ori to form the initial complicated nucleoprotein structure. This mechanism thus seems to be general.

A different type of de-novo initiation is employed by other organisms. In this mechanism an RNA primer is synthesized on one DNA strand, through the direct action of an RNA polymerase enzyme. The eventual extension of that RNA primer by DNA polymerase,during the synthesis of a daughter strand,generates a replication bubble that consists of one double-stranded and one single-stranded branch.

Since the growing daughter strand displaces the unreplicated parental strand,the bubble is called a displacement loop,or more commonly,a D Loop

A circular DNA molecule with a D loop. The "upper"strand is double because the primer is bound to it and a daughter strand is being synthesized as an extension of the primer.
