PF Chang's is a national chain and behaves exactly like one. The decor is impressive and large. Employees seem almost robot like and in fast motion when it gets busy. Servers have memorized speeches to give you if you've never been there, and it is easy to get sucked in and say "Wow, this is pretty cool."But when you look at the menu, somethings missing. The ton of choices that we're used to at Chinese restaurants. The prices aren't bad, but when the food arrives, you know why, they're pretty small. And so you eat............and the food is so- so, nothing special. Before you know it you're being handed the check cause the need the table. Get 'em in, get 'em out, you know? All in all a very "empty" dining experience. We left feeling rushed, but we wanted to get the heck out of there anyway. AND hungry. As we walked out, the line was out the door, and we were scratching our heads. I don't get it. But then again TGIF's is always crowded. Comprende???
