what's the correlation between crappy weather and joint pain?

i'm a young, healthy person. but when the weather sucks my body aches. my joints feel so sore. It hurts deep in my body, like stinging throbbing pain. However, I rack out when it rains. I get the best, deepest, and most refreshing sleep when it pours. What's up with that?

Weather sucks + body aches? Check with personal doctor and suggest that you have arthritis. Doesn't matter your age or your fitness, if weather changes make you hurt... that's arthritis.

2nd point... awesome sleep when it rains. Air pressure lowers when rains, so less joint pain. Rain is one of most soothing sounds (my most fav) so easy to fall asleep and stay asleep. Also, at night when it rains, did you know that trees were making oxygen?? Thus air quality goes up and is easier to breathe (smells nicer too). Oh and if you live in a city (as many of us do) ever notice lots of sounds around (annoying neighbours, car stereos way too loud, sirens, animals... etc??) Take a listen during a rain shower... how much of that goes away... surprises you?

Rain showers are my most favorite event, if I could I'd have it rain every 3rd day if possible... cleaner, nicer, fresher, quieter... the list goes on.

    Enjoy it all you can!

Barometer drops and thus change in the air pressure. It is true that the body will ache. You have a built in weather predictor. Not sure on the sleep with the rain. However, take full advantage of it. :)

It hurts when the barometric pressure is low. Watch the weather reports so you'll be prepared for the bad days. When you see tyhe map with H's and L's on it, the L's are bad. Rain is in the H's.
