I have no internet options in the control panel. It simply is not there. How do I enable this function???

The icon is not in CONTROL PANEL? Or the icon is there and it won't open (function) by clicking on it?
If it's there and won't open, then are you logged in as system administrator? If not, the administrator may have placed a block on changing "internet options".
If the icon for internet options is not there, then you can try going to TOOLS and clicking on it there. But why it's missing I wouldn't know, it's supposed to be in Control Panel.

Their is not an Internet Options icon in control panel. Internet Options is found with in your browser.
You get Internet Option by opening Internet explorer and click on tools at right top of browser window, then click on Internet Options.
Hope this helps

Lol reliable question i won't be able to truly inform you sure or no , i'll describe this to you utilising a narrative... ok my cousin has dial-up cyber web it rather is extremely sluggish , precise? yet his laptop is quickly , yet that doesn't make a distinction with the internet , yet while the laptop slows down the internet starts off to go slower then usal , Like I rather have a working laptop or laptop laptop with hi-velocity cyber web and the desktops frequently surprisingly quickly , alongside with the internet - yet while the laptop starts off going sluggish , the internet will additionally. SO... long tale short : in case you have dial-up your laptop will velocity up , yet no longer your cyber web - in case you have hi-velocity cyber web Your laptop would be quickly - and if ur laptop grow to be sluggish earlier its because of the fact your laptop grow to be no longer responding - now that's going to artwork greater valuable , And your laptop would be quicker :] So in case you have hi-velocity , the respond is sure in case you have dial-up , No.
