CD's will not play, even after the CD is placed in the proper drive.?

Question

When I first received my dell computer I could play music and movie CD's in either D or E drives. Now when I place the CD in D or E drives, the drop-down instructs me to load CD. E or D drivers provide no sound or picture.

Re-download the drivers for each cd drive.

Go to the manufacture website of the drives and download the drivers for reinstalling.

This should take care of your problem.
