I found a source on Kashmir Mosques http://www.wangnoo.com/mosques.html
that suggests that Shah Hamdan Mosque was created in 1385 (the actual page states 1835, but Wikipedia confirms this is a typing error: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Srinagar ). This tourism page is better than the wangnoo one, incidentally- it gives the date of the Shah Hamdan, or Khanqah-e-Moula Mosque, as 1395.http://www.bharatonline.com/kashmir/pilgrimage/kha...
This would seem to make Shah Hamdan the oldest founded mosque, but it was made of wood, and has been destroyed by fire at two different points in its history and rebuilt. I would point to the Pather Masjid Mosque as the more authentically 'older' of the two- it dates from 1400, but was built of limestone, and the structure you will see today is largely the original building, although restorations have also had to be carried out. http://www.bharatonline.com/kashmir/pilgrimage/jam...
Meanwhile, the Hazratbal Mosque dates to 1623, but did not become a holy building until 1699, when a relic of the prophet Mohammed was brought to Kashmir to be housed there. http://www.bharatonline.com/kashmir/pilgrimage/haz...
