    December 21 = first day of winter

    April 21/22 = first day of spring

    June 21 = first day of summer

    September 21 = first day of autumn

      correction please. March 20 is the first day of spring and not April

    Spring - from March 1 to May 31; Summer - from June 1 to August 31; Fall (autumn) - from September 1 to November 30; and, Winter - from December 1 to February 28 (February 29 in a leap year).

    Best Answer = FAIL. First day of spring is in March, usually the 20th but in 2007 fell on the 21st.
