AP stands for advanced placement. it is much faster paced, and you learn more. it is essentially a college level class, and if you pass the AP test you get college credit. Ages and grade vary by school. but typically jr/senior. Try the barron's series "how two perpare for.(subject) ap exam. you can find them on amazon. also try the ap website. www.collegeboard.com. their the ones that give the test.
