N: Good morning, Mr. Lee. How do you feel today?
P: I still feel uncomfortable.
N: What's the matter?
P: I have difficulty urinating.
N: How long have you had that?
P: About six months.
N: What do you mean by having difficulty urinating?
P: I urinate frequently, but very small amounts each time. It's like water dripping. I have to go to rest room very often.
N: Umm...anything else?
P: I urinate often in the morning also during the night, and I feel my stool becomes in small diameter, why?
N: Dr. Li is going to answer this question. Did he tell you about your disease?
P: No, he didn't.
N: He's going to check on you in a couple of hours.
P: OK. Thanks.
----Two hours later.----
Dr: Hello, Mr. Lee. How are you?
P: It's not really good, I'm worried about my disease, what happen to me?
Dr: Your diagnosis is "enlarged prostate".
P: What does it mean? And what happened to my stool?
Dr: Because of hormonal change, then your prostate is swollen, and so your rectum is pressured, so your stool has changed.
P: What are you planning to do?
Dr: We're going to have an operation tomorrow morning. You cannot eat, drink or take medicine after midnight.
P: Umm...I see.
