    relevé是比較古老的法文字,指的是entrée後的令一道菜 (可以算是第二個較豐富的 entrée)

    以前傳統 haute cuisine宴會菜("classic banquet menu")單為:

    1) hors d'oeuvres

    2) soup

    3) fish

    4) entrée

    5) relevé

    6) roast (main dish)

    7) cheese

    8) dessert
