THIS IS THE SERIOUS SOLUTION. I HAVE GOT RID OF THIS SAME PROBLEM SOME FIVE YEARS BACK. NOW I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS BACK PAIN.
1. Avoid sleeping in cushion bed, like Sleep Well, etc. And sleep in hard surface. Put a matress thin and put two or three bed sheets or very thick bed sheet with out any spongy or cotton filled in it.
2. Sleep side ways, like the ladies do. And bend both the legs, with knee brining up (you know houw ladies sleep on side wise position, that's all). This reduce the weight of the whole body on your back to 10 or zero per cent. Otherwise if you sleep on your back, with face upfard looking the roof, your back will have all the weight on it and you will suffer lower back pain.
NO DOCTOR WILL TELL THIS. THEY WILL GIVE YOU MEDINCINES LIKE "MOVE". ALL BULLSHIT! I AM TELLING FROM MY EXPERIENCE. TRY IT AND TELL ME AFTER THREE MONTHS! YOU WILL EVEN FORGET ME! BECAUSE YOU WILL REMEMBER ME ONLY WHEN YOU GET NO RELIEF AND YOU WILL BE THINKING ABOUT ME AND WILL FIRE ME! YOU CAN DO THAT! I CHALLENGE! BUT STRICTLY FOLLOW THIS TWO INSTRUCTIONS! 90 DAYS WITHOUT ANY FAIL! THEN YOU NEED TO CONTINUE THROUGH OUT YOUR LIFE! IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE POSITION WHILE SLEEPING, THEN CHANGE FROM ONE SIDE TO THE OTHERSIDE! SO SIMPLE! SAY GOOD BUYE TO ALL CUSHION BEDS or FIBRE FOAMS ! SLEEP ON THE FLAT and HARD SURFACE OR MATREES WITH BEDSHEETS FOR LITTLE COMFORT! THAT IS THE END OF YOUR BACK PAIN!
I work ten to twelve hours a day by sitting in front of my Laptop and have no back pain. Because even after five years I am following these two instructions strictly! I know how it works! Don't waste money for doctors! Still you can go to doctors and advice them that there is a method which works and tell them to publish it!!!
