The only two I know of that are actually on the strip. They are both in the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood.

I heard Krave is a such a club.

Look around town, I heard this town is very friendly to such party goers.

theres alot on Paradise between harmon and tropicana...about 5 or 6 in a 2 block area....good clubs and good music

just go to one for normal people.. lot easier
