It's very misspelled! Сorrectly it'd be:
"Ты очень красивая. Мне нравится тебя. Нам надо чаще встречаться."
[ Ty OCHen' kraSivaya. Мne NRAvitsa TebYA. Nam NAdo CHAshchye VstreCHAtcya]
Capitalized syllables are the stressed ones.
'You're very pretty. I like you. We need to meet more often' is the translation.

It's horribly misspelled, but it says:
You are very beautiful. I like you. We need
to get together more often.

P.S. It's EXTREMELY mispelled
