3 jars contain chemicals A B and C.if thier labels fall off wut is the probability that without looking at the labels would be correctly put on all the jars?

Since there are 3 jars, there are a total of 6 ways to put the labels on, which is 3 * 2 * 1. As a result, the probability of putting the labels on the right way is 1/6.
If there were 4 jars, the probability would be 1/24, since there would be 4 * 3 * 2 * 1 = 24 different ways to put the labels on.

Answer is 1/6.
The chances of getting the first jar right is 1/3. Given the first jar was picked correctly then there is 1/2 chance the second jar is picked correctly. If the first two jars are picked correctly then the third jar must be correct = 1/1.
Total probability is 1/3*1/2*1/1 = 1/6
