In GTA Vice City, i finished the mission"COP LAND"...how or where could i find more missions???

Assuming you're referring to the diaz mansion mission, after that you have to buy business and then complete errands for those busineses, at which point they start earning you money automatically. The nightclub is one business you can buy, as is the movie studio on the north most island, the taxi cab biz and the printing press in the west (little haiti, little havanna), as well as the car dealership and boat dock in the southwest, the strip club in the south east, and maybe others elsewhere that I can't think of at the moment.
