If they posted the position with no experience necessary then just go into it with an open mind. Maybe look at the job title online - for example if it's a Customer Service position then google - ways to succeed at Customer Service. As long as you go in there with a positive attitude and the confidence that you will rock at this position, you will do just fine. It's not about what you know, it's about how much you are willing to learn it and what you do with it from there. Good Luck trust me - be confident even if you don't have a clue and you will succeed!!!

If you have a genuine interest in the job, that may be all that they are looking for.

Sometimes, even with skilled trades and jobs, an employer prefers to hire somebody with no experience.

That way they do not have to worry about breaking them of bad habits they learned on their old job and the employer trains them to do things the ways that he prefers them to be done.

Depending on your past work experience, it isn't that hard to make your resume look like you may have some experience in that field, without having to lie about it.

Not to mention that it doesn't hurt to send along a cover letter with your resume, expressing your interest and qualifications in for the job.

    Sell yourself!
