God created the languages in the Tower of Babel.

Why don't Americans speak English? A couple of hundred years ago they were the same language. It's called divergence. There are language families, which are groups of languages with the same root sounds and meanings. The languages have diverged from the root languages used in the past as people spread out.

Long ago, before Christ, there is only one language spoken but early people became so ambitious that they wanted to be like God... So, God used his powers against people to teach them lesson...
You could read the whole story in old testament of the Christian bible.... the story of : The Tower of Babel....
however, i don't know what particular chapter in the bible it was written....

(Genesis 11:5-9) And Jehovah proceeded to go down to see the city and the tower that the sons of men had built. 6 After that Jehovah said: “Look! They are one people and there is one language for them all, and this is what they start to do. Why, now there is nothing that they may have in mind to do that will be unattainable for them. 7 Come now! Let us go down and there confuse their language that they may not listen to one another’s language.” 8 Accordingly Jehovah scattered them from there over all the surface of the earth, and they gradually left off building the city. 9 That is why its name was called Ba′bel, because there Jehovah had confused the language of all the earth, and Jehovah had scattered them from there over all the surface of the earth.
A clear explanation.

We read in God's Holy Law Book the Bible in Genesis 11:1-9:
And the whole earth was of one language, and of one speech. And it came to pass, as they journeyed from the east, that they found a plain in the land of Shinar; and they dwelt there. And they said one to another, Go to, let us make brick, and burn them throughly. And they had brick for stone, and slime had they for morter. And they said, Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth.
And JAHWEH came down to see the city and the tower, which the children of men builded. And JAHWEH said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do. Go to, let us go down, and there confound their language, that they may not understand one another's speech. So JAHWEH scattered them abroad from thence upon the face of all the earth: and they left off to build the city. Therefore is the name of it called Babel; because JAHWEH did there confound the language of all the earth: and from thence did JAHWEH scatter them abroad upon the face of all the earth.

At one point in time people all had only one language. But their ignorance made God mad, so he confused their language and scattered them about the world. That is where we get different countries, and languages. Please read

They CAN have them because different languages were invented.
It is hard for me to comprehend the rest of your question because it is worded ungrammatically.
