A good law would be a person who accepts a bribe would forfeit all their assets and property to the person offering the bribe. This would work for those offered bribes would always refuse due to the fear that is may be a scam set up by the briber to get rich off them at their expense. Self enforcing laws such as these would be what rules my land would live by.
