i love panna cotta, it's a lightly flavoured boiled cream that's thickened with gelatin, and usually served with either a fruit compote or a light caramel sauce on top. it's so good :)

and there's a hungarian dessert called Zsérbo that's really good, layers of meringue, apricot and almonds. i love it like whoa

The best dessert that I have ever had was a hot fudge ice cream cake with lots of hot fudge and ice cream! That was so good and warm and chocolatey! I am hungry now,excuse me while I go eat some chocolate! ;-)
