If i go for extended periods of time without ejaculating this gummy substance builds up to where when i do ejaculate the next time sometimes it can be a little uncomfortable coming out. What is wrong with me? I'm totally serious

If you are not comfortable with the gummy stuff, do it more often and see if that solves the problem.
