I have three pair of custom handmade boots by a genuine craftsman here in Texas that I paid just over $500 (usd) for some little while ago !! That is an outrageously good price for such items but people still have a raging fit when they hear you say anything about it !! Thing is -- they will outlast the $150 a pair cross-the-counter garbage five to one !! And, they look absolutely superb for their entire lifetime (when taken care of properly -- and when you have this much into them -- you're going to take care of them properly !!!)
