ive heard that drinking multiple cups of jensing tea a day helped weight loss , as well as gave u enerjy .
but then ive also heard that drinking too much in some cases could result in problems such as trouble sleeping and rash are these two true or falses or what ?

ive heard ginseng can help you lose weight
but too much of anything will cause problems
tea's like ginseng, and green tea are good for your body, but just make sure not do over-do it on them
