The first place to start would be your local town hall. Office of the registrar is a good place to start. The other place would be the your State Attorney Generals office. They would be able to direct you to a lawyer who may be willing to help you in order to full-fill their requirement for pro-bono work.

Go to your local library and look up the subject you have just described.
