What would you change in my diet?


1 cup of coffee
1 ounce of sirloin steak with salad(salad/tomatoe/little cheese/tablespoon of ranch)
2cups of cereal w/1%milk
1 cup of shrimp gumbo w/1cup white rice

No soda today just water..
Update: This adds up to at least 1400 calories......The gumbo has sausages in it/shrimp/flour/oil/bell peppers/onions/tomato paste and various seasonings...white rice is like 200calories a cup!
