All the stats are pretty self explanatory to be honest. The Intel Core Duos are best in terms of the numbering system - Tx+1 is better than Tx.
In terms of RAM, the biggest GB is the best. 1GBx1 is better than 512MBx2 if you want to upgrade your RAM at some point in the future, because having all your RAM on one stick will allow you to have an extra slot to put more RAM into.
Hard drives - the more GB the better, more storage space. RPM means how fast the disk is - the higher, the better, so you have to decide whether you'd rather have more storage space or faster access to your data.
You probably want integrated wireless so that you can use WiFi networks to surf the web.
The larger battery will give you more battery time, i.e. You can use the laptop for longer while it's unplugged.
