It depends. If you have a lot of acne, it is not good to use a scrub on your face. It could actually make it worse. I think scrubs are meant to be used 2 to 3 times a week.

The Garnier Pure A line is excellent. I started using it from England before it came to the US.

If they have the Pure A night gel, definitely use that. It is not greasy at all and really helps with marks left on the skin.

I wouldn't use it daily. It's supposed to scrub away dead skin to help the new skin come through. If you use it everyday though, you could scrub off the new skin. I'd use a couple to three times a week.
