Protein Shakes can be expensive. Can you recommend any simple homemade recipes, that taste good.?

Try a soy smoothie with Vanilla soy milk, strawberries, bananas and cantaloupe and ice. The soy is an excellent source of protein that is low in fat and the fruit is high in potassium - among other things. If you need sweetener....try a little honey.

6 white of the eggs ommelet a day.
