Is this an example of point gaming?
The asker has given "best answer" to all 5 of their questions to the same person.
Or just coincidendce?

It is point gaming in my mind.

Not necessarily. Look at my answers
Does that mean that I am point gaming too? Not necessarily. If you looked a Popeye's other questions you would see that I am not the best answerer nor did I answer any of his other questions. In fact I answered a small fraction of his questions. I just answered those questions that are in my area of expertise. This could be the case with the person you have there. What you put forth was a biased sample so be very careful what you do with it. I'm just trying to avoid falsely accusing someone.

It could be but I would want more proof. Obviously the Asker's Q & A are closed or then again maybe not. That said I'd just move on if I were you.

Well judging by her having nothing but thumbs-downs on every single answer, one with 7, I'd say the answers aren't very valid. They are also based all on the same subject in the same category.
I'd say almost definitely so.

You can keep an eye on them. Make sure to save all their links to your computer. Once you gather about 20 links of point gaming suspect, send all the links to email@example.com.
I am 100% sure that person will be suspended.
