What is the limit of alcohol for your blood alcohol content (BAC) is it .02, .08, or 8.0?
I need to know this for my AADAP test tomorrow.

wait, for driving? or until death ensues?
You would be totally dead with 8.anything
but driving would be .08

Depends on the state. Most states a BAC over .08 is considered legally drunk. However some states claim that anyone under 21 with a BAC over .02 is legally drunk.
BAC of 8.0 would be legally dead.

From research by TABC (Texas alcohol beverage commision) it all depends on your weight. If you are on the smaller side say 100-120lbs, 2 drinks will put you over the limit per hour. Most people sit at about 2 drinks an hour and if you keep drinking 2 an hour it will stay the same. That is on a beer, a mix drink/shot with a 1 oz pour or 1 glass of wine.

it is .08. at point 8.0 you would be dead!! think of it like this, 1.0 would be 100% of your bllod would be saturated, .08 would be one-eighth of your blood has booze in it. i once had a .40 and wound up in intensive care and the docs were amazed i was still alive. that amount would kill most people even biker types and alcoholics. there is no antidote for alcoholic poisoning, only time and prayer. natures way of dealing with too much booze is you pass-out or puke first so you won't die!!!

What state do you live in? Here is a link that gives you the BAC by state. Certainly not 8.0!! haha If it were that high, someone could do open heart surgery on you without an anesthetic.

For driving? most states it is .08. It is .02 for underagers in most states. 8.0 is impossible. The cutoff rate for death is typically .36-.40, so try to stay below that!

It's .08 I believe.
That's what it was when i toOK my alcohol certification class like 3 years ago.
It equals half of a beer per 100 pounds of your body weight, so be careful when you think about getting in a car. Even if you feel ok to drive, it's hard to pass a Breathalyzer!

It is probably .08 as that is very similar to South Carolina....I think BAC cannot exceed 10.0

Depends on where you live. Here in Wisconsin it's .08. Call your local police station and ask them.
