Barbershop
Harlem Nights
48 Hours (Eddie Murphy)
I also agree that you can't leave the classics like: Airplane, Caddyshack, and Meatballs of the list.
However, don't forget The Breakfast Club and Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure.
Damn, that sucks that "Jaz Iz Me" had a growing list of movie suggestions since I last posted. A few of which include titles that I posted which were not originally listed by him. To me, this is not so much about the points as it is about the integrity and ability to post my own original thoughts/ideas without "assistance." Although I admit the points make it fun, but only when I post original thoughts and don't copy.

Depending on your type of humour...
Pretty much every Mel Brooks' movie is hilarious (but you gotta love that kind of humour).
Airplane!
Caddy Shack
All Monty Python movies (you have to understand British comedy to like these)
The Great Outdoors
it's very late right now, so my mind can't think as fast as I would like it to.
But definitely Mel Brooks' movies.
