Were is The Armorer Trainer In Oblivion IV for Xbox360?

I am looking for the armorer so i can upgrade my skill were do I find this trainer. I found it once before but forgot were i found it =(

There are 5 armorer trainers in the game, what is your skill level now?

Low Level trainers: (Trains up to skill level 40)

Eitar (Leyawiin, near the Chapel)

Tadrose Helas (Bravil Fighters Guild)

Midlevel trainers (40-70)

Rohssan (A Fighting Chance in Imperial City)

Rasheda (Fire and Steel in Chorrol)

Master Trainer (70-100)

Gin-Wulm (Market and Elven Gardens Districts in the Imperial City, can be found at The Best Defense in the Mornings) To get training from Gin-Wulm, you have to read "The Armorer's Challenge" which can be bought at The First Edition in the Imperial City or found in the Cheydinhall Fighters Guild.
