So have you seen the movie Sin City with Jessica Alba??? Well, is it just me or does that creepy killer dude that glows look kinda like Harry Potter? lol He's got the glowing glasses and that lightning strike thing down his shirt and it glows and is just creepy as hell.....lol

The actor who plays the cannibal in Sin City is Elijah Woods who also portrays Frodo Baggins in the Lord of the Rings films.
