Want to get stronger?
Ok , I want to get stronger. Not a lot so I look buldging, but enough on my biceps and calves so I can get on pointe(ballet on toes) How can I do this without losing weight. I'm thin enough. Thanks!

for your calves you can stand on a stair or something elevated but sturdy, and leave your heals over the edge, then do press up onto the balls of your feet, then lower them again, do this several times. I hope this helps you. you could also just do press ups in bare feet, but I'm sure you're sick of doing those at dance.
