What political party dominates Houston's votes?
What about Harris County?

The city of Houston, by itself, is mostly Democratic. Harris County as a whole, however, is predominately Republican, as most voters in the suburbs are heavily conservative.

which ever party has the dumbest candidate that can say, "Yee haww!" , act like a cowboy, and claim to be a christian.
They'll have dominance.
