Norton Anti-virus vs. Kaspersky Anti-Virus?

Which one is better in your opinion and which one can actually remove viruses? I think kaspersky is better... because well Norton is too slow and just annoys me! I just want to know what you guys think think though?

Kaspersky is good, but norton is most popular. If norton annoys you go with kaspersky, it will still give you excellent protection

I've had computer guru friends in the past that preferred Kaspersky, it's just not as well known but that doesn't mean it's an inferior product. I liked it a lot when I had it...the computer I have now is a hand-me-down and has Norton on it and it performs okay, but I'd most likely go with Kaspersky products if I wasn't already using Norton on the machine.

Kaspersky is a lot better for performance and value than Norton.ANd you are correct in the sluggish behavior of Norton which is over priced

Kaspersky would be my pick over Norton, but everyone has their favourites.

Have a look here for some trustworthy anti-virus programs:

Kaspersky takes up to much memory on your harddrive and slows down the pc wit its constant updates. But I must say while i had it installed i didnt get any Viruses though. My pc never crashed, but wen i had Norton it crashed more then once. Kaspersky rules. but im using Alvira at d moment.

Norton is better but slows the PC too much,, I don't like kaspersky and would rather install avg if your looking for a free one but the best paid version is nod32 everyday

Kaspersky is better, plus they offer hourly updates

They are probably very equall to each other one thing though they both still let small things through which they dont think is a threat to your computer but what these small little things do is slow your system down. Both are overpriced and i think virus protection should be free.
