If you've been healthy, absolutely, certanily if you currently run, and if you think you're "possibly" pregnant then you don't have a fetus at a point that can be damaged - you really have just an embryo/blastocyst that is not going to get damaged.
Heck, if you remember Demi Moore, at 8 months or so she was doing backflips or cartwheels across David Letterman's stage.
If a horse kicks you in the stomach you risk losing your child, but general exercise - go for it. It'lll keep you healthy. And you can be active right up until your ninth month. At that point you might want to slow down.
