老闆要我第一次翻譯英文食譜....

感覺頭髮越掉越多了啦...

第一道--

製作方法與步驟

1.板豆腐、豬絞肉、紅糟加調味料、香油及太白粉一起攪拌均勻。

2.將步驟1內餡捏製成2個丸子形狀,並蒸熟。

3.將步驟2將入高湯、調味料、紅糟、蕃茄粒及太白粉芶芡。

4.最後裝飾擺盤即可上桌。

第二道--

製作方法與步驟

1.蝦米切粒炒香,將干貝、鮑魚及油條切小片,放入小湯碗上。

2.將豆漿煮開,加入少量鹽巴。

3.倒入小湯碗裡,並加入蔥、辣油、白醋即可上桌。

第三道

製作方法與步驟

1.將竹筍及蘑菇切小片,以沸水川燙。

2.將鯛魚及籚筍切小片並加入步驟1,以調味料、香油、胡椒粉、太白粉攪拌後,放入白飯上,蒸熟。

3.最後將已經泡好的茉莉花茶道入飯裡,即可食用。

第四道

製作方法與步驟

1.雞腿肉蒸熟後切小丁。

2.將蘋果去皮切丁。

3.將雞肉丁及蘋果丁加入美奶滋及鹽攪拌,放入清洗挑選過的小白菜上。

4.裝飾擺盤即可上桌。

    3,Pour soup stock in to step 2, add seasoning, rice wine red paste,tomatoes-cut into thin wedges, pour the cornstarch water to thicken sauce. .

    4.最後裝飾擺盤即可上桌。

    Method and step

    1.蝦米切粒炒香,將干貝、鮑魚及油條切小片,放入小湯碗上

    1.將竹筍及蘑菇切小片,以沸水川燙。

    3.最後將已經泡好的茉莉花茶道入飯裡,即可食用。

    1.雞腿肉蒸熟後切小丁。

    只是裡面有幾個單字

    在word反應出來的字有變紅色也?
