    Raw data is completely unformatted (just plain text), data in a table is stored in a file that has more data about how the table is formatted, what is where, and with how much space between.

    If the data in the table is called "raw data" that's no longer a computer term. The table showing the collation of data is thereby giving meaning to the data, meaning it is no longer "raw" data, but information at that point.
