can I safely freeze crumpets?

if so how long and what is the right way of doing it. do I just leave them in there little pkt they came in thank you in advance

    yes i freeze them in the packet they come in, i usually defrost them a bit in the microwave before toasting them.

    Yes just freeze them the way they are, unless you want to make smaller portion packs, then just wrap them tightly. They should last 1-2 months in the freezer or 2 weeks in the refgerator.

    Better to take them out of the wrapper, put them in a large ziplock bag and close all but the corner, then suck the air out of the bag. They'll keep quite well for months.

    if they are in the package that is a tight fit, yes, just throw it in the freezer. It should keep for a year, maybe.

    But if it is loose wrapping, you need to seal it in something tighter, like aluminum foil, to keep it from getting freezer burn.
