英文中翻英 很急!明天就要了

1.部門機台操作無SOP;例如:絞肉機。

2.鮮魚部清洗用具清潔劑未知濃度,恐有殘留之疑慮。

3.鮮魚部砧板使用太久表面未能清洗乾淨,也未換新。

4.麵包部門部份日期標示不完全(進廠日期紀錄成開封日期)。

5.蔬果部門部份蔬果未使用棧板離地5公分。

6.原物料進貨區防蟲廉未落地,效果恐有疑慮。

7.人員服裝(網帽)未標準(耳朵露出、頭髮露出)。

8.部分人員佩戴飾品。
